- I am the Jane of Not Sew Plain Jane. I am a stay at home mom of four sweet, energetic, loud children. When we bought what we thought would be our permanent home I decided to buy a sewing machine for small house projects...little did I know this would be the beginning of a passion for me. I sewed my first curtain panels and loved it so much that I just kept pushing myself to learn and sew new things. When I created my first outfit for my daughter I knew instantly that this was what I wanted to do. As years passed, my passion for sewing continued to grow. Since my daughter's closet was overflowing and my three sons refuse to wear any of the ruffled dresses, skirts and tops that I love so much to make, I decided to expand my business.. I love the feeling of knowing that something I sew willmake some little child somewhere smile when they wear it.

Thanks so much for your updates. We love to get them. Ella is so photogenic and quite the character. Bradley looks like he is getting his hair back and we believe we see some mischief in his eyes as well. Your updates are great and we love the pictures. Thanks again.
